I think that a foreclosure can have a important effect on the client's life. Property foreclosures can have a Seven to 10 years negative influence on a client's credit report. A borrower who may have applied for a home loan or just about any loans for that matter, knows that the worse credit rating is usually, the more tough it is to obtain a decent mortgage loan. In addition, it can affect any borrower's power to find a quality place to let or rent, if that will become the alternative real estate solution. Interesting blog post.
