Brewster Jennings Protects America is an educational game played using a "mashup" of Google Earth, where you become CIA agent Brewster Jennings who has to save the world from bad people by locating clues on a map. The game would likely be more appealing to adults, since the clues are a bit advanced - even at the "easy" level. Also, the 2 stories you can play deal with nuclear and biological terrorism. I recommend searching on Google while playing the game, so that you can search for maps of the locations of the various clues offered.
Spoiler/tip: In the easy setting in the nuclear terrorism game, the first clue is the Washington Monument in Washington DC. Thus, you'll need to zoom out, move over to the DC area, then zoom in again. You may find that the resolution of the close zoom-in leaves a lot to be desired, so I don't think this is a perfect mashup.
Some really nice and useful info on this web site, also I think the design and style contains wonderful features.
