Google Earth to become like SimCity?

I'm a huge SimCity fan and enjoy builidng various cities.  It would be neat someday if I could upload my cities to a Google Earth type database.  Of course, this would require monstrous increases in bandwidth and processor speed, but it would certainly be interesting.
